Our aim is for you to be able to consider your lifes options, use your resources and enable you to create change! Costs are based on a sliding scale dependent upon individual circumstances. Our aim is to leteveryone have the opportunity to access to Counselling. About our Counselling team. Each counsellor uses a variety of methods to enable you to reach your full potential and realise that, no matter what you do, there is a choice. Our counsellors believe that everyone is unique and that we all respond to situations in different ways. Therefore the method that works for one person may not necessarily work for someone else. One of the main aims is to “make counselling easily accessible to anyone who is experiencing difficulties” with whatever life has decided to throw their way. Our view of Counselling is not to solve your problems for you,but “to enable you to realise that there are options available”. Our counsellors are part of an ongoing training program and are committed to appropriate supervision.
